Sizing

Every piece is made to the size you choose. Nothing is stretched or cut down from a stock ring. If it is wrong when it arrives, the first resize is free and so is the shipping both ways. Send us a piece you already wear and we will measure it, or ask for a paper gauge with your order.

Materials & care

Solid 18K throughout: no plating, no filled metal, nothing that can wear through. White gold is left unplated, so it keeps its own warm colour instead of turning yellow as rhodium wears off. Warm water, a soft brush and nothing else; bring it in once a year and we will clean it, check the settings and re-polish it at no charge.

Shipping & returns

Insured and signature on delivery, worldwide. Stock pieces leave the next working day; made-to-order pieces ship when they are finished and you are told the date before you pay. Stock pieces can be returned unworn within 30 days. A made-to-order piece cut to your size, and anything engraved, cannot. That is why we would rather you saw it first.
